Born and raised in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina (1984). Since 2003 have lived in Vancouver (Canada), New York City (USA) and now reside in London (UK). Captivated by everything melancholic and nostalgic, my photographs channel keen appreciation for my adopted (more than frequently) urban surroundings. I try to find vitality in seemingly mundane aspects of street life, placing accents on both symmetry and texture inherent in the scenery. Often - mundane and run down - becomes the subject and is put forth in main focus. Similarly, I try to capture a fleeting, light moment in portraiture.
